User Rights and Responsibilities
Users are allowed to use the content that HANU provides via APP. HANU allows users to view and extract infonnation on the APP (print, download, forward) but only for personal and non-commercial use provided that HANU is properly cited as the copyright owner. You ensure to abide by laws and regulations relating to HANU's use of APP; Do not interfere, affect the use of APP of other users; Do not interfere with the operation and management of HANU website. You acknowledge and accept that HANU and / or its subsidiaries / affiliates / employees are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising from any decision regarding your use of any information on the APP for any reason.
General Provisions
Terms of use are governed by the laws of Vietnam. A term of use disabled by a court of competent jurisdiction will not affect the validity of the remaining terms. HANU always welcome your comments / suggestions about APP content. If there is a part of the APP that you think has shown signs of copyright infringernent by a third party, please send information to quandd@hanu.edu.vn. This notice and all terms of use constitute the entire agreement between HANU and you regarding the use of information on the APP. HANU may adjust this notice at any time by updating it. You should regularly visit the website to monitor these binding rules when using.
